The staff
of KOBAN and QOP (Quantum Opportunities
Program) assists children and families in any way possible,
whether by direct involvement or referral to someone more appropriate.
The KOBAN staff will act, where possible, as advocates for the
community. KOBAN is open to youth, ages 6 to 18. Parents or guardians
must provide transportation for their children to and from KOBAN and QOP
sites. The goals of the program are to:

community involvement in solving problems

Empower
KOBAN participants to become leaders
These program goals are achieved through a number of
